Human Rights Center (HRC) is announcing vacancy on the position of translator (Georgian/English)

Translator (Georgian/English)
Working hours: part-time

Main duties:  

translating analytic documents, journalistic and other documents prepared in the frame of the projects from Georgian to English and vice versa;
to ensure oral translation of the working meetings of the organization’s team from Georgian into English and vice versa;
to perform other duties in the frame of the program, which are substantially linked with the responsibilities of the translator.

Requirements: 

High education diploma of the specialist of English language and/or certificate of English language knowledge at C1 or/and C2 level;
at least 3-years experience of translating the publications about human rights and good knowledge of legal terminology;
Good command of computer programs.

Skills and abilities:

high sense of responsibility and ability to work in the team;
good skills of effective communication;
good job discipline, ability to independently plan work and implement duties timely; 
ability to work in stressful environment;
