Human Rights Center (HRC) is announcing vacancy on the position of the project coordinator

Project coordinator
Working hours: part-time

Main duties:  

Together with the project team, plan, coordinate and implement the activities in the frame of the project;
To collect and analyze the information for thematic reports and public statements and to prepare draft reports/statements;
to have permanent coordination and cooperation with the project monitors and the organization team;
together with the project team to prepare the reports on the activities implemented in the frame of the project;
in coordination with the project PR manager, plan campaigns, press-conferences and various public events in the frame of the project in compliance with the visibility guidelines of the organization and the donor;
to have direct communication and making comments with media about the findings from the project;
in respect of the project goals, to participate in different working meetings on behalf of the organization;
to participate in the monitoring of the trials and protest demonstrations;
To implement other duties in the frame of the program, which are substantially linked with the responsibilities of the project coordinator. 


Requirements: 
Higher education in human rights law (Master’s degree in human rights law or public law); 
At least 5 years of work experience project coordinator in nongovernment or international organization; 
Excellent knowledge of English language;
Respect of human rights and equality;
Skills and abilities:
ability to critically analyze;
high sense of responsibility and ability to work in the team;
good skills of effective communication;
good job discipline, ability to independently plan work and implement duties timely; 
ability to work in stressful environment;
Good command of computer programs.
