Data received by the Coalition For Democracy observation headquarters.

12:20 According to Nino Shavdatuashvili, the observer coordinator of the Centre for Constitutional Rights, there were violations regarding marking process at polling station #48 (Village Karaleti) of the Gori District Election Commission. Observers made official complaints in the record book, resulting in a temporary suspension of the polling process.

12:45 According to Shavdatuashvili, at polling station #24 in the Gori PEC, the control sheet was not placed in the ballot box when voting began.

13:00 According to Ketevan Zakaraia, an observer with the Association for the Future, at polling station #72 in the Saburtalo PEC, 1342 marked ballot papers have been discovered. The PEC members and the observers reacted on these irregularities.

13:55 According to Keti Kacadze, an observer with the Association for the Future, the red envelops for additional lists voters were not received at polling station #1 in the Samtredia District Election Commission.  DEC chairperson responded to the observers’ questions about the missing envelopes by stating that they had not been sent from Tbilisi.

13:22 According to an observer with the Association for the Future in the Saburtalo PEC #37, the general voters’ list included 2 people who died in 1998 (Teimuraz Chokashvili and Gucaev). Complaints were made in the official record book.

13:55 According to an observer with the Association For the Future, IDPs were not registered or included on the additional list despite submitting identity cards proving their status.

14:00 According to an observer with the Association For the Future in the Samgori PEC #8, a police officer dressed in uniform was conducting the marking process. 

14:05 According to observer Nino Svanidze with the Association For the Future, at polling station #74 in PEC #9 the following irregularities were observed:
-4 invisible ink bottles were given to the 5 registrars;
-the registration seals were mixed;
-Saakahvili supporters were holding visual agitation for their candidate in the polling place (carrying special hats, scarves and information cards).

14:20 According to Keti Kurtsikidze, an observer with the Association for the Future, the marking process was suspended at polling station #64 in the Vake Election District because of faultiness.

15:00 According to Ali Babaev, a representative of the “Georgia My Homeland” group, voters were brought by bus to polling station #1 in the Gardabani PEC holding election propiganda.

15:00 According to Babaev, voters were not being marked in the 3 polling stations of the Gardabani District Election Commission.

15:00 According to Babaev, the voters lists have been purposely extended at polling stations #22 and 52 of the Bolnisi District Election Commission. The amount of real voters was then not over 600.

15:00 According to Babaev, pre-election campaign clips of Mikheil Saakashvili are still being broadcast in metro stations.

15:20 According to Kakha Kvashilava, an observer with the Centre for Human Rights, voters were not being marked at polling station #13 of the Poti PEC.

15:20 According to Kakha Kvashilava, an observer with the Centre for Constitutional Rights, at polling station #14 in the Poti PEC, only observers from the National Movement were monitoring the activities of commission members and would not allow other observers to enjoy their rights.

16:00 - Kote Chikviladze, an observer from the “Social Research Center,” stated that a marked voter was allowed in polling station # 99 of the Gldani PEC. Chikviladze added that nine mini-buses were moving around the district transporting voters. The observer managed to write down the plate numbers of six of the mini-buses and noted that patrol police car # 412 was following the mini-buses. The plate numbers are NAB 987; GTO 917; RAN 758; ABG 229; LLL852; GGG354.

16:20 An observer from the Social Research Center at Polling Station # 10 in the Gldani PEC  observed organized transporting of voters by two mini-buses and one ordinary car, with the plate numbers ROO 015; MUM 894; DII 164, respectively.

16:30  Nino Tabatadze, an observer with the Social Research Center, observed a case of carousel in the morning in polling station # 19 of Nadzaladevi PEC. This situation was broadcast by several TV stations. After the media picked up the story, Tabatadze and an observer from the Georgian Young Lawyers Association were insulted by the chairperson of the election commission for making the situation public.

16:35 An observer from the Center for Constitutional Rights said that 30 voters were allowed into the polling station # 1 in the Vake PEC without being marked.
