Leader of Tbilisi Labor Party Freed

Unknown captors have released Tbilisi Labor Party leader Vazha Shengelia.

The Prosecutor's Office has not yet interrogated Shengelia, who feels unwell after kidnappers held him for five days.

After interrogating Shengelia, authorities will decide whether to continue their investigation. Speculation that Shengelia may have been tortured has arisen.

Shengelia was kidnapped on March 30.
