Tbilisi.25.11.04.Media News. On November 25, Guram Karkashadze, Former Rector of the Police Academy and current Governor of Terdjola Region committed suicide in his house with a gun.

Besides his postings as rector and governor, Guram Karkashadze had been the Head of the Investigative Department of the Ministry of Interior.
