Refugees Demand Electric Light

Refugees from Abkhazia living in the settlement of Faifuri, Zugdidi region have held a protest action with the demand for electric light. They have blocked one of the substations.
According to the participants of the protest action, payment for electricity is always excluded from the sum assigned for refugees each month, though they do not get any electricity.
They state in the Zugdidi branch of distributional energetic company that the fee for consumed electricity is not fixed anywhere and as a result electric light is not given to them.
