Georgian Law Enforcements will Be Trained in Human Rights

Tbilisi.06.12.04.Media-News. Three-day seminar has been opened at the office of Public Defender of Georgia on the issue: “Physical Security of Human Beings in Georgia.”

Representatives of Georgian and Foreign human rights NGOs take part in the seminar. Foreign experts will share European experience with Georgian colleagues.

General Procurator Zurab Adeishvili attended the seminar and stated that it is important for all representatives of law-enforcement departments to know human rights, which will contribute human rights defending in the country.

According to Public Defender Sozar Subar, the program will last for two years which aims at introducing human rights to law enforcement officials.
