NGOs not Satisfied with the Course of Program for Overcoming Poverty

Tbilisi.14.12.04.Media News. Hotel “Courtyard Marriot” is hosting the international conference for overcoming poverty.

Georgian Ministry of Economy introduced the report of one year program for economic development and overcoming of poverty.

NGOs are also attending the conference and they state that in Georgia, first of all, priority should be given to overcoming not poverty but abject poverty. They also say that program for economic development and overcoming of poverty is proceeding in an inefficient way.

At the meeting Ministry of Economy made the presentation of the reforms which were implemented within the frameworks of this program during this one year.
