Georgian Parliament has Adopted Tax Code and the Draft Law on Broadcasting

Media News. On December 22 Georgian parliament at the additional session of December adopted the new Tax Code after the third hearing. Though the there is some notes regarding the new Tax Code.

Legal Committee of the Parliament is going to enter the parliament with the initiative that refers to the court proceedings between the entrepreneur and the government.
The members of the committee say that one month term that is envisaged by the code is not enough.

Second issue the parliament discussed and adopted after the second hearing is law on broadcasting, though it was preceded by the discussion and debates between parliamentary majority and the opposition.
