The Victim of Trafficking Escaped

Prosecution Office of Telavi arrested the Inhabitant of Akura village, of Telavi district, U.B. born in Dagestan being Kumik nationality – alleged in Trafficking.

The victim of Trafficking appeared to be 30 year old widow resident of Telavi, who was taken to Turkey by the mentioned person and sold as a prostitute. The woman was forced to be involved in sexual industry by physiological pressure.

The woman managed to contact Turkish law-enforcements and returned home by their assistance.

Now, U.B. who is alleged in kidnapping the woman is in pre-detention cell of Telavi Police Department.

U.B. alleged in trafficking does not plead himself guilty.
