Student Demands Lead to Dean’s Resignation

Tbilisi. 21.03.05. Media-News.  Students of the agronomic faculty of Tbilisi Agrarian University have demanded the dismissal of Tsotne Samadashvili, the university’s dean of faculty, with accusations of corruption.

Following a conversation with the Rector of the Institute, Archil Vashakidze, Samadashvili resigned from office. “Samadashvili is involved in corruption,” claim the students.  “Good grades are given only if we buy certain books which he offers us.”
