Clash Among Military Men in Gory

Tbilisi. August 29.”GHN”.Details of the incident at the tank division stationed in Gori have already received publication. 

A clash took place between the personnel of battalions # 3 and # 33 of the third subdivision of the Ministry of Defense.  Approximately 400 militaries were involved in it, most of them drunk.

Two soldiers were wounded and taken to the Gori hospital at first after which they got transferred to the military hospital in Tbilisi. Several others received slight injuries.

The Ministry of Defense does not confirm this information. According to the heads of the battalions, trainings are taking place, which serves as the explanation for the sounds of shooting heard in the surrounding areas.
It deserves to be noted that the affair took place late at night near the territory of the dining-room of the battalion’s training centre.
