Vova Arutinian’s Lawyer Gives up the Defence of his Client

10/10/05, “Media News” – The lawyer of Vladimir Arutinian, the man suspected of throwing a grenade towards the podium where US President George Bush spoke in Tbilisi last May, has given up the defense of his client.

Lekso Arkania explains: “I don’t get a chance to meet Arutinian alone. A guard always accompanies him. That is why I am not defending him any longer.”

Arkania complained about this fact in several bodies, but without results.
