Lawyers Were Not Allowed to Detained Reservists

Tbilisi.11.09.07.Medianews. Today, according to the non-governmental organization “Constitution Article 42”, representatives of the Military Police Department did not allow the lawyers and representatives of Public Defender to meet the detained reservist from Kojori Battalion.

Representatives of the non-governmental organization stated that lawyers could provide well-grounded suspicions on detaining those reservists who had no connections with the argument in the battalion. 

The Military Police detained 13 soldiers regarding the quarrel in Kojori Battalion.
