“NO” Movement “NO” blames Tbilisi City Court Jjudge for Uunlawful Imprisonmentcapturing of Akaki Darsalia

The “No” movement leader Levan Chtadze blames the Tbilisi City Court judge, Nino Sandoradze, for unlawful detainmentcapturing of his organization member, Akaki Daraselia.

On JuneIn 14 of June, when there was a court hearing for organization member, Luarsab Zhvania, ’s Akaki Darsalia left the court room to demonstrate his protest for Zhvania being tried for injustices during the sitting movement. court process, because of injustices during the sitting movement member Akaki Darsalia left the court hall to underline his protestHe declareding, that Luarsab Zhvania was Vano Merabishvili’s private prisoner. Soon after, Mr Darsalia was taken back into the court hall, and the judge, Nino Sandoradze, sentenced him to a one month imprisonment for disrespecting the court. for not respecting the court, passed sentence about one month imprisoning, declared This is all according to Levan Chitadze as he spoke at a  on today’s press conference today.

As Levan Chitadze declared, since 2003 not one person has been so severely punished for disrespecting the court. till today, because of not respecting the court no one was punished so severely.It is As  usual for, judges toare establishing some financial penalties,, but no one has beenwas imprisoned before.
