According to the Sandro Girgvliani’s family’s lawyer, The Tbilisi Appeal Ccourt’s decided to uphold their previous verdict. This did not please his family. of Tbilisi did not satisfy the appellation of the family of Sandro Girgvliani. According to the attorney of the Girgvliani family, Tbilisi appeal court did not change the decision of Tbilisi city court.
The Tbilisi Ccity Ccourt assigned aapposed 40 thousand GEL fine to the convicts of Girgvliani’s murder instead of the 200 thousand that was demanded by the family. The Girgvliani familys isare planning to appeal the decision to the Supreme Court.
