Family of Krialashvili Could Not Carry Out Expertise On His Body

May 27, 2009

The family of Gia Krialashvili could not invite independent expertise. The invited expert refused to examine the body at the last moment. The family members applied to the clinic for the repeated expertise because they discovered suspicious stitches on the body of the dead person.

“Doctors could not inject balsam into the body of the dead man; besides that, there was no gunshot wound on his body; consequently, the family doubts that the Colonel had died before the special operation on May 21,” it is written in the article of the newspaper “Resonance”.

Two-three hours before the special operation patrol cars were mobilized near the dissecting room of the Aramiantsi hospital in Tbilisi. Journalist Nana Lezhava reported about it who personally witnessed the fact.”

Several experts expressed their doubts in their conversation with the newspaper “Resonance” that Krialashvili was arrested for 2 weeks; all this time he was kept in the building of the Special Operative Department and tortured him in order to get a testimony from him. The witnesses stated that at the night of the special operation two people were taken out of the mini-bus and both of them were wounded.
