Orgies of Senior Governmental Officials Funded from State budget

Several days ago, service purchase invoice between Ltd Diva and Old Tbilisi Rehabilitation and Development Fund was spread online which demonstrates that city budget funded entertainment of representatives of the National Movement in the striptease-club Diva.

According to three financial documents issued by Club Diva, Old Tbilisi Rehabilitation and Development Fund had transferred 5 129 lari to their account; the fund reimbursed the Club service of several people in 2010.

It is unknown who visited striptease club but invoice shows that they received quite an expensive service there. The aforementioned sum was spent on drinks and cigars alongside 29 sorts of different products and services that those people received.

Striptease club Diva was opened several years ago in Kostava Street in Tbilisi. Inhabitants of the street protested opening of the club in front of their houses but nobody closed the club. Moreover, a school is functioning over the striptease club. Politicians often visit it but their visits stay in secret.

Several months ago costume show of politicians and celebrities was held in the club, though it is still secret who visited Diva. President Saakashvili also attended private parties in the club and sometimes his security guards transported the girls from the striptease club.

Newspaper “Kvela Siakhle” contacted head of Diva Patricia Delon:

-Ms Patricia, invoice signed between Diva and Old Tbilisi Rehabilitation and Development Fund in 2010 was spread in internet; it shows that city budget was funding entertainment of senior officials of the National Movement…

-I haven’t seen this invoice. I talked with accountant and if this document exists, it really happened. But I don’t know who enjoyed our service; you are asking me about three-years-old fact. I do not know recognize people on their faces.

P.S We tried to get information from the press center of the City Hall but in vain because they did not answer our phone calls.
