October 27, 2013

Keti Verulashvili, Kutaisi

Slogans of the political parties and unions participating in the elections are very attractive during pre-election campaign. Political leaders try to present their principles with well-formulated phrases that aim to attract as many voters as possible.

Due to the role of the opposition party, the candidate of the United National Movement Davit Bakradze has the following slogan – “Let Us Together Control the Government.” He positively evaluates the course taken by the country in both political and economic fields during their governance and often speaks about hindered economic development under new governance.

“Georgia First Of All” it is slogan of Koba Davitashvili. One of his priorities is to develop small and medium business and national values.

Presidential candidate of the Just Georgia Sergo Javakhidze has slogan “Our State Is Our Family”.

“It is our ideology that our state is our family. Budget, healthcare, economy shall be people oriented,” Javakhidze said. His election program is oriented at the creation of strong education system, working places and development of agriculture.

Modern political advertisements contain more or less notable and memorable phrases.

Giorgi Margvelashvili (Coalition Georgian Dream) – Let Us Together Continue Moving Forward

Giorgi Targamadze (Christian-Democratic Movement) – With Traditions towards Europe.

Zurab Kharatishvili – With National Values in Euro-Atlantic Family

Temur Mzhavia (People’s Party) – Georgia Is Integral

Nino Burjanadze (Democratic Movement – United Georgia) – Justice Everywhere and For Everybody
