A man was arrested under the charge of domestic violence in Kaspi municipality

Kaspi municipality unit officers of the Shida Kartli police department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs arrested 46-years-old man under the charge of domestic violence.

According to the MIA press-center, the investigation estimated that the accused person verbally and physically harassed his wife in the presence of their underage children.

“The investigation is ongoing under the Article 1261 Part II (b) of the Criminal Code of Georgia into the violent fact against a minor's family member in the presence of the minor,” the MIA statement reads.
