Human Rights Center to present the film 'Offender Law-enforcement Officers'

On March 21, at 14:00 pm, Human Rights Center will present the film “Offender Law-Enforcement Officers” in the conference hall of the Human Rights House Tbilisi.

The film presents the facts about the abuse of power and violence cases committed by police officers. 

The film is produced based on the cases processed by Human Rights Center (HRC), Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC), Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA) and Georgian Democracy Initiative (GDI) and based on the evaluations of the representatives of civil society.

The film tells the stories of the victims, who became victims of ill-treatment by police officers.

The film was produced with the financial support of the National Endowment for Democracy (NED).
