Health of David Mirtskhulava Deteriorates

The health of David Mirtskhulava, the former head of Power Regulating National Commission of Georgia, is rapidly deteriorating. Mirtskhulava has problems with his gall-bladder and needs medical attention.

According to his attorney, Eka Beselia,  responsibility for Mirtskhulava's health lies with the General Prosecution, and it is an injustice to keep such a sick person in custody.
