17 Workers of Saqinform Demand their Return to the Offices

17 Workers of Saqinform Demand their Return to the Offices

17 former workers of Saqinform have applied to the court demanding a their return to the offices. It should be mentioned that they are not dismissed based on a concrete legal act, but they were told that there is a decree which verifies their dismissal. It is notable that nobody gave  them a copy of this decree, and the legal reasons of their dismissal are unknown. Thus, their rights have been violated.

Following the advice of a lawyer, they wrote a letter and requested the mentioned decree. Their efforts were in vain.. In addition, their release is considered as an illegal act, because they continued their job even after the first May when the contract expired. It is envisaged by the law that if the parties meet the expiration of the contract without any reaction, the contract is prolonged and that’s why the fact of their dismissal on the grounds of expiration is unjust.
