Road Blocked by IDPs

Kojori. 18.08.04. Media News. IDPs from Abkhazia living in Kojori have been protesting against a schedule allocating a mere two hours supply of electric power. The IDPs blocked the road of Kojori on August 18.
Demonstrators state that the Ministry of Refugees and Placement has already paid the debts for electricity.

The demonstrators urge that, inspite of the tax concessions enjoyed by IDPs, they are to pay more per month than the local residents of Kojori.
