She is about to appeal to Justice Supreme Council regarding the case and demands Temur Jervalidze’s punishment.

According to the verdict On February 27, 2006 drunken Ramaz Kavtaradze together with his friends came to Givi Tsikhelashvili for some medicine in the village of Meneso, Dusheti District. Ramaz Kavtaradze insulted Tsikhelashvili and his family, even fired the gun. The fact was not confirmed by witnesses,”-says the representative of Legal Aid Centre ‘Imedi’.

According to Irma Chlkadua, investigator for Patrol Police, Mr. R. Rizhamadze falsified the testimonies and Judge Jervalidze sentenced the accused to three years imprisonment unfairly.
