Several Witnesses About Irakli Okruashvili’s Participation in Buta Robakidze’s Murder Case

April 23, 2013

Several witnesses confirm Irakli Okruashvili’s participation in Buta Robakidze’s murder case. Robakidze’s father Soso Robakidze stated in the Press-Club of the Radio Pirveli. He said that-time manager of the TV-Program Patruli Keti Khositashvili said Irakli Okruashvili personally requested her to show the cassette of the special operation.

“Keti Khositashvili said Okruashvili personally requested Donadze to bring the cassette to him. Afterwards, Donadze entered my room, dismissed all our employees and went into the montage room,” Soso Robakidze said.

He added that another witness in the case, acting journalist of the TV-Company Rustavi 2 Davit Kashiashvili also made statement regarding the case.

Soso Robakidze believes the new government shall indeed start restoration of justice at least six months after the elections.

Buta Robakidze’s father said that Irakli Okruashvili was Minister of Interior at that time and somebody is protecting him now in the new government. Soso Robakidze said it was useless to send the cassette provided by Guram Donadze and Irakli Pirtskhalava to USA for expertise.

“Donadze is professional editor of video-footage. He and Pirtskhalava were masters of the MIA,” Soso Robakidze said.

He thinks the President of Georgia Mikheil Saakashvili shall be judged because he also had hand in the illicit murder of these people.

“I would like to publicly declare that if I meet Saakashvili somewhere, I will kill him for sure and then go to prison for life,” Soso Robakidze said.
