Constitutional Court Will Make Important Decision

On the 20th of July, at 11.a.m. Constitutional Court will make a decision about the appeal of NGO ‘Article 42 of the Constitution’. NGO demands cancellation of article 208 of the Procedural Code and releasing Irakli Kakabadze, Lasha Chkhartishvili and other members of the ‘Egalitarian Institute’.

‘Article 42 of the Constitution’ appealed to the Court last week demanding recognition of article 208 anti-constitutional. It is feasible, that Court will satisfy demand of NGO.
